1.Organic Social Media Management
Creation of 2-3 targeted campaign posts and stories per week for platforms Facebook & Instagram.
Scheduling and optimisation through Meta Suite
*Regular engagement with your audience through comments on social media will be the responsibility of the property and not Marketing Creatures. If this service is requested by you and this will be additional to the quote provided.
2.Content Marketing
Development of content
Repurposing and creating content for newsletters, social media, and website updates.
*It is expected that the property will send some images, video, share special event dates and content with Marketing Creatures (we create a Facebook messenger chat that all staff can upload images and communicate to us via)
3.Paid Advertising Campaigns
Setup and management of targeted campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Audience research and split testing for optimisation.
Budget management and reporting.
*Ad spend is not included in this quote and budgets will be discussed
4.Email Marketing
Design and distribution of monthly newsletters through PMS
Personalised campaigns tailored to segmented audiences when required
5.Website Updates
Creation of optimised user experience landing pages (UX) landing pages for specific campaigns or promotions.
Regular updates to ensure SEO compliance and performance optimisation.
*Loading of social cards to enhance social sharing subject to website capabilities and if website plug in is required then this will be billed directly to property.
6.Analytics & Reporting - Monthly + Ad Hoc
Monthly - Comprehensive reporting on campaign performance.
Monthly - Insights on traffic, conversions, and audience engagement.
Monthly - Recommendations for strategy improvement based on data analysis.
A meeting to review initial performance metrics after the second month to ensure alignment.
7.Strategic Planning & Brand Development
Development of individual property brand pillars, value proposition, and unique market positioning based on property strengths and target audiences.
Creation of a 12-month digital marketing plan in the first/second month to guide content, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
Work with current social media team/marketing/owner to develop brand pillars.
8.Seasonal Promotions
Development of campaigns aligned with peak, shoulder and off-peak seasons.
Collaboration with the property to identify local events, offers, or collaborations to incorporate into digital marketing plan.
9.Additional Notes
Collaboration & Resources: To ensure success, it will be crucial for the property to share timely updates, images, and promotional content.
Assign a dedicated point of contact to liaise with Marketing Creatures.
Performance Metrics: KPIs for success will be discussed, including targets for engagement, website traffic, and booking inquiries.

* Subject to adjustment in the event of unforeseen technical challenges – charged on an itemised per hour basis. For example, when setting up the edm module in PMS your DNS settings do not validate, and several attempts are required then an additional hourly cost maybe charged.

TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS DISCLAIMER
While Tourism Creatures is committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services, certain technical factors beyond our control may impact the execution of services. These include, but are not limited to:
• Third-Party Platform Restrictions: Issues such as the inability to link Facebook and Instagram accounts, restrictions or downtime on Meta Suite, or limitations imposed by third-party platforms.
• Website Functionality: Challenges related to the client's website platform, such as access limitations, outdated systems, or compatibility issues.
• Unforeseen Technical Issues: Situations like account suspension, API changes, or outages on advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
In such cases, we will:
• Promptly notify the client of the issue and propose alternative solutions or workarounds.
• Collaborate with the client's technical support team or third-party providers as needed.
• Suspend or adjust services temporarily if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Responsibility for Resolution:
• Any costs or delays arising from resolving technical issues will be discussed with the client.
• Access to accounts, platforms, or support teams is the client's responsibility to ensure smooth operation.
